Terms of Service — CreatorKavach

Who we are. CreatorKavach ("we", "us") is a brand operated by Rajinder Singh, an individual, at 13 Paloura Top, Near BSF Campus, Jammu 181124, Jammu & Kashmir, India. Contact: info.rozcash@gmail.com.

By joining the waitlist or using CreatorKavach, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They're written in plain language.

1. The service

CreatorKavach helps Instagram creators spot account risks, scams, lookalike accounts and abusive comments, and helps prepare complaints. It works through Meta's official Instagram API and only covers your own Professional account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or older and connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans and prices are shown on our pricing section. Prices are in Indian rupees, and GST is added where it applies.
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance through Razorpay, including UPI AutoPay or card mandates. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
We'll tell you at least 7 days in advance before any price change applies to you.
If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it succeeds.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are generally not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you by mistake. In those cases, email us within 7 days of the charge.

5. What we don't guarantee

We can't promise outcomes that depend on Meta or other platforms. In particular, we do not guarantee that a fake account, repost or abusive content will be taken down, that you won't be hacked, restricted or shadowbanned, or that we'll detect every fake account, scam or repost. Complaints are drafted by us and filed by you, and the decision always rests with the platform or authority. Audience quality figures are estimates.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use CreatorKavach to harass, impersonate or file false complaints against anyone;
connect accounts you don't own or aren't authorised to manage;
break Meta's or Instagram's terms, or any law;
reverse-engineer, overload or try to break the service's security;
resell the service without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income or brand deals. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Ending the service

You can stop using it at any time. We may end or change features with reasonable notice. If we shut down a paid plan, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir have exclusive jurisdiction. Please email us first, since most problems can be fixed quickly.
